At Aromatic Bliss Soap Company, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our soaps and personal care products are handcrafted and intended for personal use, we have established the following return and refund policy.

Returns

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of soaps or personal care products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement product

• Store credit

• A refund to the original payment method

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

• Products damaged during shipping

• Incorrect items received

• Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Refunds are not available for:

• Used products

• Opened products

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Preference-based concerns such as fragrance, color variations, or personal reactions to naturally derived ingredients

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, appearance, and scent are normal and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product.
